Welcome to the online hub for all things in the Warminster Community Area, regarding or contributing to health and wellbeing in its widest sense. Here you will find out how to access help and support, and to identify activities and things to do in Warminster and the surrounding area.

This hub is managed by the Warminster Community Area Health and Wellbeing Forum: a volunteer led community support group, committed to improving awareness of and access to local health and wellbeing services.

The challenge for the Warminster Community Area!

We are aiming to get all Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations in the Warminster Community Area to link to this page, offering a one-stop shop for those seeking health and wellbeing help and opportunities. Over time, we will look to ask existing community support organisations to act as “connectors” for those less confident with – or without access to – IT.

Together we can help join up those with a need to those best able to help meet that need.

The forum

The Warminster Health and Wellbeing Forum has been running successfully for over fifteen years and meets quarterly face to face in Warminster as well as online to exchange ideas and information as well as running the very successful and popular biennial Health and Volunteer Fairs. We are committed to improving health and wellbeing in Warminster.

What is the booklet?

As part of the Health and Wellbeing Fair 2023, a 40-page booklet was produced, printed and issued. It featured details of the event itself, local health facts and tips and contact details for over 140 organisations, help and support groups, leisure and wellbeing activities available in the Warminster area - there is something for everyone so take a look!

What will we reject?

Wiltshire Together is not a business directory for commercial organisations, as we would then need to charge advertising rates (which we don’t). We will approve relevant activities added by non-profits.

How quickly will we approve activities?

We aim to approve activities within 2 working days. Our admins do not work Fridays, so activities posted on a Thursday may not be reviewed until Monday.
